Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift’s romance may have fizzled out fast, but there’s no bad blood between these stars. The “Thor: Ragnarok” actor has no regrets about dating the pop star, even after they called it quits in September 2016.

Hiddleston fielded a question about the relationship during an interview with The Telegraph. A reporter asked him if he had any qualms about dating Swift, 27, because of all “the publicity and gossip the romance engendered.” John Hiscock, who asked the question, claims Hiddleston, 36, gave a terse response about Hiddleswift.

“What should I regret, in your mind? I would rather not talk about this if that’s alright,” Hiddleston said. “I’m just thinking about this. Everyone is entitled to a private life. I love what I do and I dedicate myself with absolute commitment to making great art and great entertainment, and in my mind I don’t conflict the two.”

This isn’t the first time Hiddleston’s spoken fondly of Swift, nor questioned the media’s obsession with his private life. He recently opened up to GQ about their whirlwind romance, confirming that it was very much “real.” As for finding love after ending it with the Grammy award winner, Hiddleston says he’s figuring it all out.

“She’s generous and kind and lovely, and we had the best time,” he told GQ. “I’m still trying to work out a way of having a personal life and protecting it, but also without hiding it.”

Neither he nor Swift has gotten back in the dating game since their breakup — not seriously any way. Swift is, instead, giving her friends advice on their dating lives. Camila Cabello told Seventeen Magazine that her gal pal gives the best guidance.

“Taylor is always the person that I go to for boy advice. The reason we became friends was purely because we think the same way about a lot of things: we’re both really sensitive and emotional when it comes to love,” Cabello said. “We love love, and we love writing songs about love.”

Rumors were swirling that Swift was dating Canadian rapper Drake for a brief moment. Those claims went unconfirmed. Hiddleston hasn’t been linked to anyone and it seems that’s how he’d like things to stay.
