Khloé Kardashian broke up with Tristan Thompson, but the athlete is still the father of their daughter True. The basketball player recently shared a picture online of new shoes he bought that has his daughter’s name on it.

So far, Thompson has been silent about the break up with Kardashian. The athlete showed his love for his daughter by sharing a picture of a pair shoes that have True’s name on them.

“Today’s a special day for me and these kicks are very special to me,” Thompson wrote in the post along with multiple shots of the new shoes from different angles.

The post is actually for Purple Day, an international effort to increase awareness about epilepsy. Thompson also tagged a Toronto based charity group that is dedicated to supporting people with epilepsy.

Thompson’s post is significant because, sources close to Kardashian had previously said that the reality TV star is “extremely upset” with her ex for not spending enough time with their daughter.

Kardashian broke up with Thompson because he allegedly cheated on her with family friend Jordyn Woods. Details surrounding the breakup and the reaction of the reality TV star and her family members will be revealed in the current season of “Keeping up with the Kardashians.”
