Truth About Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp’s Revenge Romance After Brad Pitt Split

Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp have been rumored to be dating.

The “Maleficent” actress and the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor were romantically linked following Jolie’s separation from ex-husband Brad Pitt. Jolie and Depp worked together for the movie “The Tourist” in 2010.

Star claimed in September 2017 that Jolie was in a “revenge romance” with Depp after she parted ways with Pitt. The actress allegedly hooked up with her former co-star to make her ex-spouse jealous.

In 2018, NW published a story claiming that Jolie was coming to Depp’s rescue amid his tumultuous divorce from Amber Heard and legal battle against his former managers. The tabloid claimed that Depp stayed at Jolie’s house in England while filming for the “Maleficent” sequel was underway and the “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” star was reportedly happy to have Jolie by his side.

Woman’s Day also published a similar premise involving the two actors. Jolie allegedly helped Depp get healthy after he was spotted looking thinner than usual while signing autographs for fans in Russia. Jolie was reportedly calling and texting Depp several times a day while he was on tour, offering him support to help him recover his health.

Fans should take those reports with a grain of salt because there’s no proof that there was something romantic between the two actors. Also, it was not true that Depp was sick.

According to reputable outlets People, Entertainment Tonight and E! News, Depp was healthy and was having a great time while on the road. Some fans were concerned for the actor’s body after he lost weight but there was no reason to worry because time has proven that Depp was perfectly fine.

In related news, an insider told Us Weekly that Jolie “still has a lot of resentment“ toward Pitt. The source said that the “Changeling” actress wanted to hold her ex-husband accountable for turning her and their children’s lives upside down.

“She felt that Brad pressured her,” an insider revealed before adding that Jolie might “never get married again.”
