The Truth About George, Amal Clooney's Explosive Fights Causing Marriage Crisis

George and Amal Clooney have again been surrounded by false claims about their marriage, with the latest report claiming the couple was embroiled in explosive fights. Gossip Cop debunked rumors spread by Life & Style magazine about the Clooneys’ "marriage crisis."

Citing a close friend of the couple, the magazine claimed George was "trapped in a bad marriage" with Amal and the duo were having bitter fights.

“They appear to have one of the best relationships going, but it just hasn’t been true lately… They’ve been at odds with each other like never before," the purported friend told the magazine.

It’s unclear why any real “friend” of the couple would tell this to a gossip outlet.

“George has often felt that he’s trapped in a bad marriage," the pal said, alleging “their troubles exploded with a blowout argument — their worst fight ever — and George ended up walking out on Amal” in late August.

The magazine then went on to describe Amal as “cold, controlling and demanding.” It added Amal "will think nothing of calling him out in front of friends,” thereby “humiliating” George and making him feel like a “scolded teenager.”

The "false" article ended with the so-called friend admitting after George allegedly “walked out” on his wife, he came back that same night, and added: “Everyone is hoping they survive this rough patch, make it to their anniversary and find a way to thrive and be happy once again."

However, Gossip Cop debunked the report saying there was no trouble between the two stars.

In July, rumors surfaced about George and Amal's $1 billion divorce as the lawyer was "fed up and they’ve been fighting constantly.” This claim was also rejected by Gossip Cop.

George was recently spotted celebrating with the crew as "Catch 22" finished filming in Santa Teresa Gallura, Italy. The actor has been dividing his time between work and spending time in his Villa in Lake Como with wife Amal and their 1-year-old twins Ella and Alexander.

Since George's accident in July, his wife has not left his side, a source told People magazine in July. “It was obvious that she was concerned.”
