Donald Trump shockingly pats leg to call his wife Melania Trump.

The president and the first lady’s marriage has been rumored to be on the rocks despite Trump and Melania insisting that their relationship is fine because many feel that Trump isn’t treating his wife right. The POTUS has been married three times and he allegedly cheated on Melania with Stormy Daniels.

Just recently, a clip shared on Twitter showed how Trump summoned Melania. In the short video, Trump pats his leg and Melania walks toward him, then they take a step together. The video prompted various reactions from Twitter users.

“Why in the world is Donald Trump patting his leg to summon his wife? Melania is not a pet. And, as we all know, Donald loathes dogs,” @WordswithSteph wrote.

Some felt insulted for Melania because it appeared to them that Trump was treating her like a pet dog. Meanwhile, others mocked the FLOTUS for marrying someone like Trump.

“Hey @FLOTUS is that money really worth the degradation? He patted his leg to call you like a damned DOG woman bet you bark for him behind closed door,” @DebbieJuneToo1 added.

Other netizens felt that Melania responding well to the way Trump called her only made it worse. One commented that maybe the FLOTUS thought she was a dog because she responded.

Meanwhile, others speculated that Melania was purchased and she and Trump have a contract, so she is only doing what Trump wants her to do. Another said that the FLOTUS is “well-trained” before adding that it “must be a lot of work... selling your soul.”

Meanwhile, a photo of Melania smiling with former president Barack Obama has resurfaced. Many online users felt that it was a rare moment to see the FLOTUS smile like that because most of the time, she appears miserable and stony-faced with her husband, Trump.
