What Does Anna Faris’ TV Mom Allison Janney Think Of Michael Barrett?

Anna Faris’ TV mom, Allison Janney, recently revealed that she’s met her new boyfriend, Michael Barrett.

While speaking with E! News, Janney said that she’s met the cinematographer once. “He seems really lovely. I don’t know him, but I’m happy for her. If she’s happy, I’m happy,” she said.

Janney also gushed about her TV daughter and “Mom” co-star and called her “amazing.” “I can’t believe all the stuff she does, in addition to ‘Mom,’ she has her podcast and she teaches a class at USC and she’s got her new man who she seems – she seems just great, she’s really doing well, and I’m so happy for her,” she said.

In September, Janney also talked about Faris and said that she’s so courageous for going through life after announcing her divorce from Chris Pratt. While speaking with Entertainment Tonight, the 57-year-old actress revealed that the cast and crew of “Mom” support Faris all the way.

“She’s a very courageous and strong girl and very professional and love her so much, as do everyone. And we love Chris too. We love them both. It’s sad when, you know, people who have to go separate ways, but we support them both and love them both very much,” she said.

On the same month, Faris and Janney were both spotted at the 69^th Emmy Awards where Faris was a presenter, and Janney was nominated for outstanding lead actress in a comedy for her role in CBS’ “Mom.”

While there, Janney was asked how Faris was doing one month after her divorce. The veteran actress said that her co-star was doing “fantastic.” “She’s fantastic. Life things happen to all of us, but she comes to work… She’s a professional and we still have a great time together,” she told Entertainment Tonight.

Pratt filed for divorce from Faris last Friday. The actress submitted her response in court and noted that they have been separated since July 13. The ex-couple cited irreconcilable differences as the main reason for their split.
