Prince Harry has the queen’s blessing! It seems that Meghan Markle is a hit with the royal family. An insider revealed that Queen Elizabeth II is onboard with Prince Harry dating Markle and is “fully supportive” of the blossoming relationship.

So does that mean the next step is for Markle to meet Her Majesty? Although the “Suits” actress and Queen Elizabeth haven’t crossed paths yet, Us Weekly reported Tuesday that the royal is “delighted to see Harry in a loving relationship.”

Markle isn’t just getting in the good graces of Queen Elizabeth. E! Online reported Monday that she’s already met Prince William, Duchess Kate Middleton and their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. “It wouldn’t surprise me if he’s already thinking about engagement just because that’s where his head goes but that’s not where the relationship is at right now,” a source said.

Markle and Prince Harry have been dating since October. The romance news wasn’t confirmed by Kensington Palace until last month when a statement was issued about the amount of attention she was getting. “His girlfriend, Meghan Markle, has been subject to a wave of abuse and harassment. … Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle’s safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her,” the statement read. “It is not right that a few months into a relationship with him that Ms. Markle should be subjected to such a storm.”

To help her deal with the media scrutiny and public interest, Us Weekly reported that Markle enlisted the help of Prince Harry’s private secretary, Ed Lane Fox, and communications secretary, Jason Knauf, for advice. One tip she was given was to be careful about how much information she shares on social media. “There have been times where Meghan’s been unsure [of protocol] and having a direct line to Harry’s most trusted aides has been a godsend,” the source said.
