Who Is Meghan Markle’s New Friend? ‘Suits’ Alum Bonds With Victoria Beckham
Meghan Markle may be leaving her friends back home for a new life in London, but the “Suits” alum has reportedly made a new pal in the United Kingdom.
After Markle and Prince Harry’s engagement was announced, Markle had a secret meeting with Spice Girls members, Victoria Beckham. The two women bonded over their beauty secrets and hair rituals.
According to The Sun, Beckham also gave Markle a list of salons she could visit that are perfect for an A-list celebrity like her. Unfortunately, no one from the list can tend to Markle’s hair when she ties the knot with Prince Harry in May 2018.
After all, a royal expert on all things hair and makeup will be the one in charge of glamming her up on her special day.
“Meghan has been really pleased with Victoria’s beauty recommendations and has her to thank for meeting news friends in London. They have grown close and regularly text after Victoria told Meghan to visit Sarah Chapman, who bills herself as ‘London’s most sought-after faciliast.’ Meghan trusts and appreciates her advice. She is even thinking about using Victoria’s hairdresser over the Christmas period,” a source said.
Chapman’s services in Chelsea are always fully booked, and those who wish to try her treatments have to wait for six months. A 90-minute facial treatment is priced at $800.
As of late, Markle and Beckham have not yet confirmed or denied their budding relationship as good friends. But both celebrities are well-known in the fashion and beauty worlds.
Markle, for instance, became an overnight sensation after her engagement was announced on Nov. 27. Since then, the Meghan Markle Effect has been in full bloom. Whatever Markle wears or brings along with her in various public engagements immediately sell out in minutes.
Beckham, on the other hand, has been an influencer in the fashion and beauty world ever since she became a member of Spice Girls. She also has a shop under her name, which sells clothing, accessories, eyewear, makeup and more.
