Jay Z has one extra problem to add to his 99 problems, after a woman has come forward claiming the rapper tried to sleep with her. Olivia McFaller, who goes by the moniker LIV, is a former model and rapper, and recently released a song directly aimed at Beyoncé and Jay Z.

The song, titled “Sorry Mrs. Carter,” samples the popular 2001 OutKast song, “Ms. Jackson.” LIV starts the song by saying, “Your man, he likes model chicks/ He likes all naturally flawless chicks like me/ What up Jay?” While she claims she turned down Jay Z’s advances, she does rap, “Us two attracted like some magnets/ And us crossing paths was no accident/ When I stepped out his life I took a piece of his heart.” McFaller also references Jay Z and Beyoncé songs during her nearly four-minute-long rap.

This is not the first time LIV's name has been brought up alongside Jay Z’s name. In 2013, she did an interview with PNC radio, claiming, “I could have messed with Jay, but got respect for Bey. We were on the same set of a commercial, see, I was sitting by myself, and he sat next to me. I was handling it well, and he was shocked to see, I was getting up to leave, he sent his guards to me. Excuse me Miss, do me a favor, put your number on this piece of paper. When Jay get settled and he’ll call you later. I know most chicks would have took the bait, but then those chicks be the ones I hate. I wonder to this day if I’d have gave it up would it be me on stage throwing it up!”

Although Beyoncé and Jay Z have been together for over a decade, there are rumors that the two may split after their “On the Run Tour.” For the past few months, there have been allegations that Jay Z has been cheating on the 32-year-old with a number of beauties, including protégés Rihanna and Rita Ora.

Recent reports sound ominous for the couple, with the New York Post saying Beyoncé viewed a $21.5 million penthouse in Chelsea. “She was very quiet, as if she was looking on the sly,” a source told the publication. In addition, the home is reportedly less than half the size of the current apartment they share in Tribeca, sparking rumors that she is trying to downsize and live without Jay Z.

The rapper is reportedly desperate to try and salvage their relationship. According to sources, the 44-year-old plans to take his wife on a five-week make-or-break vacation during a pause in their OTR Tour.
