Who Is Paul Costabile? Meet ‘A Thousand Years’ Singer Christina Perri’s Husband
Christina Perri is officially a wife. The “A Thousand Years” hitmaker’s wedding comes more than three months since she announced that she’s pregnant. The singer has since proudly shared the good news with her fans on social media.
But who is Perri’s husband and baby daddy Paul Costabile?
Costabile is the singer’s long-term boyfriend, who popped the engagement question almost six months ago after dating for four years.
On June 22, the “Jar of Hearts” crooner proudly announced on Instagram that she’s officially off the market after saying yes to Costabile’s proposal the day prior. Perri flaunted her new sparkler on the photo-sharing platform and captioned it: “Paul asked me to marry him tonight & I said yes!”
Costabile also grabbed the chance to express his happiness over their engagement by posting a snap of him giving a smiling Perri a kiss on the cheek with the caption: “I knew I wanted to ask this girl to marry me the day she walked into the green screen for an interview almost 4 years ago.”
Costabile is a year younger than the singer-songwriter. Perri was born on Aug. 19, 1986, which means she’s already 31. On the other hand, Costabile celebrated his 30th birthday on June 1. And who else did he spend his special day with other than the love of his life, Perri?
While Perri’s husband simply describes himself as a “host of parties and videos” on Twitter, his LinkedIn profile says he is way more than that. At present, he is juggling his as “Gorilla Late Night’s” host, production coordinator and editor for SICTV and disck jockey and host for all types of live events and parties throughout the Greater New York City area.
In the past, Costabile worked as host and on-air talent for WPBN-TV and as an on-air host and producer of “The No-Name Show” on 88.7 FM Radio.
Perri’s husband also appears to be a well-rounded person since he has also made his way through the entertainment world as reporter and host for both The Hollywood Reporter and NBC.
In the article Costabile’s former school St. Joseph Regional High School wrote about him, the institution noted how its alumnus had always displayed his interest in journalism and comedy. “Costabile always had an interest in journalism and making people laugh,” the educational institution wrote.
Costabile started his career early on at the school’s TV studio, WSJR, which aired news during the morning homeroom period. For his segments, a young Costabile gave it his all by parodying Halloween horror movies and even dressing up as Santa Claus for the holidays.
Finally, Costabile is someone who likes to frequently post pictures on social media. In fact, he was the first one to break the news on his and Perri’s wedding. Check out the sweet wedding announcement Costabile posted to Instagram earlier today.
