Who Is Vito Schnabel? Heidi Klum Dating Man 13 Years Her Junior And 'They Are Really Into Each Other,' Source Says
While there was speculation last month that Heidi Klum and ex-husband Seal were reconciling, it turns out they were just rumors. The supermodel has moved on from Seal, and from ex-boyfriend Martin Kristen, with a younger man. The lucky man is Vito Schnabel, who is 13 years her junior.
The pair was inseparable during Oscar week, and their relationship has gotten serious quickly, friends tell the Daily News’ Confidenti@l. "They are really into each other — this isn’t a fling,” said a friend of the couple. “Heidi wanted Vito to be in L.A. this week with her.”
They have reportedly been dating for one month. Last Saturday, at celebrity hot spot 1 Oak in West Hollywood, Schnabel and Klum were “all over each other. They were seated at a table with Serena Williams and couldn’t stop kissing,” a source says. “They were still there when the lights came on at 2 a.m., and that’s when Heidi grabbed Vito’s hand and they walked toward the exit.”
Schnabel, 27, son of artist and filmmaker Julian Schnabel, is an independent curator and art dealer based in New York City. He previously dated Demi Moore.
Klum and singer Seal filed for divorce in April 2012 after being married nearly seven years. After their bitter split, the beauty began dating her bodyguard Kristen. "I’ve known him for four years and he’s been with our family for the last four years," Klum said in September 2012.
"He’s cared for our entire family, mostly for our four children, helped us tremendously," she said of Kristen. "... He’s a great man, you know, and we just got to know each other from a completely different side."
Seal, 51, publicly expressed his outrage at the time, telling TMZ, "I didn't expect any better from [the bodyguard] … but I would've thought Heidi would [have] shown a bit more class ... before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were.”
Klum and Kristen split up at the end of January after 18 months together.
