Is Kristen Wiig leaving SNL? In an interview on Alec Baldwin's podcast, 'Bridesmaid' star Kristen Wiig hinted at the prospect, saying that "everyone has to leave" and "you have to leave things that you love." Reuters

Funny lady Kristen Wiig is officially back on the market after splitting from Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti, Us Weekly wrote. The two had been dating for 18 months before they mutually decided to call it quits.

"It was very amicable and they will remain friends," an insider told the celebrity magazine about the former couple's breakup. The comedienne, 39, and the musician, 33, had been officially dating ever since they were caught making out at a Black Keys concert in New York City December 2011.

Wiig is generally mum when it comes to dishing on her personal life, but in an August 2012 interview with Marie Claire, as quoted by Us Weekly, the “Bridesmaids” star opened up about her relationship with the rocker and credited him for her newfound cheerfulness. "I'm happier than I've ever been and I feel very lucky right now," she told Allure.

Wiig has been unlucky in love these days. She was married to actor Hayes Hargrovee for four years until they divorced in 2009. Next she dated producer Brian Pestos, People wrote, whom she had known for 21 years.

Moretti has a history of dating A-list celebs and reportedly shacked up with the likes of Kirsten Dunst and Drew Barrymore before getting together with the “Saturday Night Live” star.

After Barrymore heard her “Whip It” co-star shacked up with her ex-boyfriend, whom she dated for five years, she didn’t seem to take the news too well. She told Allure magazine via Huffington Post that Wiig and Moretti’s relationship was “wacky” and “incestuous.”

"She's got me down," Barrymore, 37, told the mag about Wiig’s "SNL" impersonation of her. Then she added that her relationship with Moretti "seems so wacky and incestuous, but that's kind of how life works."

"It seems fitting that they would find each other," she continued. "I was like, 'Right, of course, that makes perfect sense.'"
