Meghan Markle has been at the center of negative press since joining the royal family. While she has been rumored to be difficult to work with it, the imminent exit of her palace aide, Amy Pickerill has reportedly been particularly tough for the pregnant Royal.

Since marrying Prince Harry in 2018, there has been speculation about feuds between Meghan and Kate Middleton and unconfirmed leaks from palace employees staffers, who were frustrated with the alleged demands from the former “Suits” star.

Insiders have continuously praised Meghan despite the rumors and revealed the 37-year-old actually has a great relationship with Pickerill, who will be missed dearly when she leaves her assistant private secretary position.

“It’s very sad for her colleagues, as she is a really popular member of staff,” an insider told the Daily Mail.

A friend of Pickerill revealed the staffer is expected to finish assisting Harry and Meghan with their move to Frogmore House, before relocating overseas. “She has agreed to stay on to help them with the birth of the baby and organize their new household, but will then move on.”

Pickerill’s departure from Meghan’s team was reportedly “amicable” and the women are expected to continue a friendly relationship following her exit.

“Amy and Meghan will stay in touch because they are so close. I’ve no doubt they will continue to speak and that Amy will continue to support Meghan. Their relationship is really strong,” a source shared.

Pickerill, who first became Meghan’s assistant private secretary last year, helped the Duchess of Sussex adjust from her life in America to her new role as a member of the royal member.
