“Dads” (Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 8 p.m. EST on Fox)

Viewers will meet a woman who weighs more than 600 lbs in the season 2 premiere.

“New Girl” (Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. EST on Fox)

In the midseason premiere, Jess considers giving up teaching to take a new job, which leads the gang to reminisce about how they landed their current jobs.

In the season 1B premiere, Miranda decides to haunt Mrs. Grunwald … but the Collins' caretaker already has a ghost. Drama ensues when Caleb returns from Rosewood and Remy learns more about her dreams.
