After Rey goes to see her and explains why he’s really there, he will become suspicious when Victoria offers to pay off the debt and end his investigation. She will once again attempt to cover, but he will believe she’s in over her head and knows more than she’s letting on. After he leaves, and knowing he’s right, Victoria will go over the edge and have a full-blown panic attack.

As it turns out, she and the other women are all hiding something in regards to JT. Not only are they trying to keep the fact that Nick (Joshua Morrow) recently impersonated JT a secret, but they are also desperate to keep what really happened to Victoria’s abusive former fiancé a secret as well. Nikki accidentally killed him when she smacked him in the head with a fireplace poker to keep him away from Victoria, and all four women worked together to cover up the crime.

Now, knowing Rey may be onto her—and the others—Victoria will suffer from the panic attack and finally give in to the requests that she see a doctor, calling in Nate (Darnell Brooks) to help her out. However, she will remain determined to keep things a secret for as long as possible and could continue spiraling further out of control as a result.
