ABC’s ‘The Fix’ Series Premiere: Here’s How You Know The Cast
ABC’s adding a new legal drama to its roster with the premiere of “The Fix” on Monday.
“L.A. district attorney Maya Travis [Robin Tunney] suffers a devastating defeat after prosecuting an A-list movie star for double murder,” the synopsis reveals of the series. “With her high-profile career derailed, she flees for a quieter life in rural Washington. Eight years later, when this same star is under suspicion for another murder, Maya is lured back to the DA’s office for another chance at justice
The drama’s executive produced and co-written by former Los Angeles DDA Marcia Clark, who was the lead prosecutor on the O.J. Simpson case, but, although the show and her real life have many similarities, it’s not fully based on a true story. Aside from “The Fix” also involving a prosecutor losing a major case against a celebrity, the show will be “all fiction,” Clark told TVLine.

Robin Tunney (Maya Travis)
She starred in the cult-classic ‘90s films “Empire Records” and “The Craft,” but viewers will also recognize Tunney from her role on “The Mentalist,” where she starred as Teresa Lisbon for the show’s entire seven-season run. She also played Veronica Donovan on “Prison Break” from 2005 to 2006.
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Severen “Sevvy” Johnson)
He starred on HBO’s “Oz” for a few years at the end of the 1990s and the start of the 2000s before moving on to other projects, like “The Bourne Identity,” “Get Rich or Die Tryin’,” “Lost,” “Thor: The Dark World,” “Suicide Squad” and “Ten Days in the Valley.”
Marc Blucas (River “Riv” Allgood)
After joining “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” in Season 4 as Riley Finn, Blucas later worked on shows like “Necessary Roughness” and “Underground,” a slew of Hallmark TV flicks and other movies like “The Jane Austen Book Club,” “Stay Cool,” “Knight and Day” and “Sleeping with Other People.”
Alex Saxon (Gabriel Johnson)
Fans of teen dramas will likely recognize Saxon from his time portraying Wyatt on Freeform’s “The Fosters,” as well as from his time playing Max on MTV’s “Finding Carter.”

Breckin Meyer (Alan Wiest)
From starring in a slew of 1990s and early 2000s fan-favorite movies, like “Clueless,” “The Craft” and “Road Trip” to co-headlining TNT’s “Franklin & Bash” with Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Jared Franklin, Meyer’s been in quite a few projects that “The Fix” viewers have likely seen.
Adam Rayner (Matthew Collier)
People might recognize the actor from his time as Steve Shaw on “Hawthorne” or from his role as Barry Al-Feyeed on “Tyrant.” In 2016, he also starred as Max Gilford on “Notorious” opposite Piper Perabo.
Merrin Dungey (CJ Emerson)
Since the early 2000s, Dungey’s had quite a few major TV roles, including playing Susannah on The WB’s “Summerland,” both Francie and Allison on “Alias,” Kelly Palmer on “The King of Queens” and Ellie Moss on “Hollywood Heights.” She also starred on the one-season series, “Conviction,” on the first season of “The Resident” and currently plays Detective Adrienne Quinlan on HBO’s “Big Little Lies.”
Mouzam Makkar (Loni Kampoor)

Most recently, she starred as Britney on the short-lived NBC series, “Champions.”
