Johnny Depp's lawyer, Adam Waldman, claimed Amber Heard didn't donate the entire $7 million divorce settlement she received from Depp as she promised.

Waldman reacted to a report from The Sun with a headline that read: "Abused Amber Opens Up: Amber Heard declared a 'hero' by legal team as she speaks about surviving 'years of abuse' at the hands of 'malicious' Johnny Depp." Waldman also shared a photo of the deposition by Sasha Wass.

In the caption, Waldman claimed that Heard's under oath donation was "false." He also said the "Aquaman" star donated nothing.

"The Sun’s barrister Sasha Wass misleading the UK court, razzle dazzling Heard’s false under oath donation claims she has been making for 4 years re: Children’s Hospital. The Hospital’s own correspondence exposes the lies; she actually donated an amount that rhymes with 'Hero,'" Walman wrote on Twitter.

Waldman made several tweets about Heard's pledge to donate the $7 million divorce settlement to ACLU and CHLA with each supposedly receiving $3.5 million. Heard wanted to prove that she was not after Depp's money that's why she pledged to donate the entire amount of divorce settlement, but Waldman claims the two charities didn't receive anything from the actress.

In the deposition, Wass provided the reference number of the document supporting Heard's donation but didn't ask the judge to look at it. However, she stressed that Heard's name was on the list of those who make donations.

"Again, I leave my Lord just with the reference, rather than asking you to look it up now. File 5.1, tab 206A, page F1332 shows a list of donors to the children's hospital of Los Angeles, making donations between $1 million and just shy of $5 million, so in the bracket, and it includes the name of Amber Heard," she said.

In Waldman's other posts, he shared documents about the anonymous donations made to the Children's Hospital through Heard's recommendation amounting to $500,000 in 2017 and another $250,000 in 2018 that was designated to be a donation from the actress.

Waldman pointed out that the donations were not the money from the divorce settlement Heard received and were from anonymous donors. He also questioned Heard's statement saying she would donate the entire amount because the two charities haven't provided any proof yet that she indeed made those donations.

"'The entire amount of my [$7 million] divorce settlement was donated to charity' -Amber Heard under oath claim in UK, 'hardly the act of a gold-digger' said an admiring Justice Nicols," Waldman wrote in another tweet. "But these are anonymous nickels from space a year later, not the pocketed settlement nickels."

Waldman also attacked the Children's Hospital for allegedly allowing Heard to use them.

"You know that we know the truth ⁦@ChildrensLA⁩. Years of silence in the face of injustice, when you have allowed your institution to be used for fake PR to ruin the life of a man you once honored, is inexcusable. Why not tell the truth before it’s told for you?" Waldman wrote.
