Amber Heard, who has been training hard for her upcoming movie "Aquaman 2," flaunted her physical strength on Instagram by dangling from suspended hoops.
The 35-year-old actress shared a photograph of her workout session on the social media platform Sunday. "Alexa, play “Pussy Talk” by City Girls #workoutsongs #aquaman2," she captioned the post along with emojis of a muscle and two girls dancing.
In the picture, the actress can be seen in a black sports bra and matching leggings. She also wore a pair of black and white Nike shoes. Her hair was tied in two braids and she looked absolutely focused during her workout session.
The actress had celebrated her 35th birthday on Thursday, and shared a fun video on Instagram in which she can be seen playing with a bunch of white and pink balloons in the clip, wearing a red dress with floral prints.
"Damn! Way to wake up to 35," she captioned. "Thanks for all the birthday love."
Heard kept her comment session turned off considering the backlash she often receives on social media amid her ongoing court battle with actor Johnny Depp.
There were rumors the actress has been axed from the sequel of the "Aquaman" movie after evidence against Heard was presented to the court during her legal battle with "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor.
The ongoing court battle between Depp and Heard has been highly popularized. The couple first met in 2009 on the sets of "The Rum Diary," and started dating after three years. They got married in 2015 and Heard filed for divorce in 2016.
While the former couple got divorced in 2017, the legal battle continues between them as Depp has filed a $50 million defamation suit against Heard.
In fact, netizens started a petition in order to remove the actress from "Aquaman 2," which received more than 1,838,170 signatures. However, the actress turned down the rumors as she took to Instagram last week to tease her return as Mera's character in "Aquaman 2" with a picture from the sets.
The first installment of "Aquaman," which released in 2018, earned $1 billion at the box office. Actor Jason Momoa will reprise his Aquaman’s character in the upcoming sequel, which is slated to release on Dec. 16, 2022.
