Amy Schumer took to Instagram to inform her 11.2 million followers that she tried getting face fillers but eventually decided to have them dissolved.

The 40-year-old comedian Monday shared a close-up photo of herself while in the dermatologist's office. She even had some white cream on her cheeks in the said snap.

In the caption, she jokingly said that she looked like Maleficent, one of Disney's most iconic villains.

"I tried getting fillers. Turns out I was already full," she noted. "Thank God you can dissolve them I looked like #malificent."

She also tagged Dr. Jodi LoGerfo, who helped her get rid of the fillers.

Celebs and fans took to the comments section to share their thoughts about Schumer's post.

Australian actress Isla Fisher praised the comedian and noted that she doesn't require any fillers as she already looks beautiful.

Fellow comedian Dee asked Schumer to post updates about the removal process, noting, "Give us updates! I tried the filler sh-t and it looks like my face has abs! Thinking of dissolving too!"

A fan also told the comedian not to feel the "pressure of the acting industry" because she already looks pretty.

Meanwhile, another fan asked Schumer why she tried having fillers. In response, the comedian said there's "something about this year" that made her do it.

"Turning 40 all my surgeries I want to feel the best I can about myself," Schumer said as per Page Six. "I got lipo and I had a great experience doing that. I used to be really [judgmental] about people getting work done. Now I'm like, do everything you can to love yourself exactly as you are but once you turn 40 and have a c section do whatever the f—k will make you feel best!"

Dr. LoGerfo also shared the comedian's photo on her page and noted, "Using dermal filler can be a wonderful way to replace lost volume and enhance the face, but filler placement is extremely important!"

According to the doctor, the comedian approached her after getting the fillers elsewhere. Eventually, they decided that the fillers' placement was "not ideal," so they dissolved them.

"Dissolving filler is a very simple and quick treatment," the doctor said further. "I injected hyaluronidase (an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid) to dissolve it!"

Schumer has been working as an actress and writer on a TV series, "Life & Beth," which is currently under post-production. She is also often seen on "Saturday Night Live."

The comedian is married to chef Chris Fischer, with whom she shares 2-year-old baby boy, Gene David Fischer.
