Ant Anstead has found new love in Oscar winner Renée Zellweger, a report says.
The "Wheeler Dealers" star, 42, and ex-wife Christina Haack, 37, called it quits last year after two years of marriage, and their divorce was recently finalized. Now, he is dating Zellweger, 52, after meeting the actress earlier this month on a work project, TMZ first reported.
The pair filmed an episode of his Discovery+ show "Celebrity IOU: Joyride," multiple sources with direct knowledge of the situation told the outlet. After filming the episode, the "Bridget Jones's Diary" star returned to the set to drop off some work boots for Anstead, the insiders added.
It is not clear when Zellweger and Anstead began seeing each other, according to the outlet.
The report of his new romance comes just days after multiple outlets, including TMZ, confirmed that Anstead and Haack's divorce has been finalized, nine months after they announced their separation. The pair share son Hudson, 21 months. Both have been granted joint legal and physical custody of their son.
Anstead, who is also a father to daughter Amelie, 17, and son Archie, 14, with his first wife, opened up about his divorce from Haack earlier this month in an interview with People.
"When my divorce went through, I packed up my clothes and moved. I walked away completely and left everything [at our family home]," the TV host told the outlet. "I've realized how little I need, and what's important. I don't need anything but Hudson and my health. All of a sudden, I just had this overwhelming sense of gratitude."
The "Flip or Flop" star put their Newport Beach, California, home on the market for $6 million in April. Anstead supported Haack's move, saying it was the "right decision."
"That home has memories," Anstead told People. "I mean, I did an awful lot in that house, and it's a big home for somebody on their own. It was a home that we got together, renovated together. And I physically did a lot of hands-on work on it. I mean, the stairs, the wine rack, the light fixtures above the bed, the 'love' sign … all those personal touches I did."
Meanwhile, Zellweger was previously linked to Rory Cochrane, Jim Carrey, Jack White, Kenny Chesney, George Clooney and Bradley Cooper. She was previously married to Chesney in 2005, but the marriage was annulled after four months. Her last relationship was with musician Doyle Bramhall II. However, they split in May 2019.
Aside from Zellweger, "Celebrity IOU: Joyride" is also set to feature stars like Mary J. Blige, Tony Hawk, Octavia Spencer, James Marsden and Danny Trejo and will air on Discovery+ sometime this summer.
