‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Katie Pressures Brooke To Expose Ridge And Quinn To Eric

She knows the real reason her sister’s wedding has been called off, and now, Katie will do her best to encourage Brooke to expose Ridge and Quinn’s affair on the Monday, April 3 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) called off her wedding to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) in Australia after witnessing him and Quinn (Rena Sofer) sharing a kiss on the beach. Though she refused to marry Ridge because she has grown sick of his wandering eye on the CBS soap, she did promise Quinn that she wouldn’t ruin her marriage to Eric (John McCook) by telling him the truth.

Now however, Katie will insist that Brooke expose the affair to Eric, even though she doesn’t want to hurt him. Katie will try to reason with her sister that her not saying anything makes it okay for Quinn to once again resume seeking out time with Ridge and sharing more kisses with him—maybe even worse. She will also warn Brooke that if Eric were to find out some other way, and realized Brooke knew but didn’t say anything, it could hurt him even worse.

However, Brooke will maintain that not telling Eric the wife he is so devoted to was unfaithful is the best thing to do. Recalling everything that happened when Ridge stole her from Eric, and knowing about Eric’s health scare a few months ago, Brooke will worry that history is basically repeating itself. If Eric were to find out the truth, it could break his heart in a way that will never heal, and Brooke doesn’t want to be the one responsible for delivering that news to him.

After she continues to refuse, Katie will realize her sister is a dead end when it comes to exposing the affair. As a result, she will decide the only way to handle things is to go to Quinn, even though threatening her could prove to be a wrong move.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
