Cardi B Reacts To Comments On Daughter’s Instagram: 'Hope Y'All Moms Die'
Cardi B took to Twitter to slam social media users, who commented on the Instagram account of her 3-year-old daughter, Kulture.
The 29-year-old rapper retweeted a post Monday that had a series of screenshots of the comment's section with harsh opinions on her daughter’s Instagram account.
"I don’t know wtf is going on but I hope y’all moms die for giving birth to you h-e a-s weirdos," the rapper wrote, before noting she hasn’t been checking her daughter's Instagram account, but now she is going to "lock her page."
The screenshots were originally shared by a fan on the same day. "This is kulture comments right now…they really have some nerve trying to play moral police on here," the fan captioned.
The comments section of the tweet was filled with mixed reactions. While many fans wrote this was harsh against a kid, others questioned why a 3-year-old kid has an Instagram account in the first place.
"Why kulture 2 year old got a instagram," one of the fans questioned. "Just lock it up stop being pressed chi." Another user also questioned the same, "Your daughter is how old again, why does she have an account?"
"Cardi stop. Just block ppl and make her acct private," one user suggested. "I know the frustration you have with the it but two wrongs don’t make a right. Don’t wish death on them pray for them. They need it."
One of the fans supported the rapper: "End them! I’m glad you found out before it got worse you’re an amazing mom."
Kulture's Instagram account has 2.3 million followers, and, since the tweet, her public account has been made private.
The Grammy-winning rapper had previously opened up about cyberbullying during an interview with People last month.
"The only difference between me and the high schooler who is being cyberbullied and lied on by their classmates is the money and resources I have access to," she told the outlet. "We collectively have to say enough is enough. We can no longer be a society that turns a blind eye to blatant lies."
Cardi B shares Kulture with her husband, rapper Offset. The couple also welcomed a baby boy last year.
