Carole Middleton Visited Daughter Pippa, New Grandchild While Wearing Kate's Dress
Carole Middleton recently visited her daughter Pippa and new grandchild.
On Friday, Carole was seen at Pippa's home in Chelsea in west London. During the sighting, Carole looked chic in a burnt-orange Boden Lena coat that was exactly the same as the one the Duchess of Cambridge wore back in January. Carole paired it with fitted black jeans and black heeled ankle boots.
In the photos shared by Daily Mail, Carole was seen with a brown delivery box from baby gifts company My 1st Years as she went inside Pippa's property. The company offers customizable baby gifts.
It remains unknown if Kate Middleton has already visited her sister. Kensington Palace declined to comment on whether the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have met their new nephew.
James Middleton is the only family member who has been seen visiting Pippa and her newborn in the hospital. New parents Pippa and James Matthews were believed to have left the hospital through a side door on Tuesday night after welcoming their bundle of joy on Monday.
Pippa and James' newborn weighed 8 pounds and 9 ounces. However, the couple didn't reveal what they had named their newborn baby boy.
In related news, Carole and Michael were recently criticized for selling zombie costumes resembling Princess Diana. The couple owns Party Pieces, a website that sells decors, costumes and fun items for every occasion. And earlier this month, they promoted a children's outfit which they called "Zombie Sleeping Princess."
"This not so pretty princess costume features a blood-drenched pink silky dress with a jagged skirt," the description read. "The top includes a gruesome print of the poor zombie princesses ribcage and organs. This princess will be the scariest princess at any Halloween party."
However, the costume didn't sit well with royal fans. "This is sicker than sick," Simone Simmons, Princess Diana's friend, said about the costume. "I hope people boycott this site."
"This is in very poor taste," Majesty magazine editor-in-chief Ingrid Seward added
Days after the said item was criticized, Carole and Michael decided to remove the controversial piece from their website.
Prior to that, Middleton's parents were also accused of cashing in on Meghan Markle after selling a banner that reads "Happy 18th Birthday Megan" in the run-up of the Duchess of Sussex's 37th birthday.
