Cassie Randolph Accuses Colton Underwood Of Harassment Following Reality Show Filming

Cassie Randolph has been granted a restraining order against “Bachelor” star Colton Underwood after she filed documents on Friday, Sept. 11, claiming he has been stalking and harassing her.

The “Bachelor” alum, 28, must stay at least 100 yards away from Randolph, her home and her workplace at all times, court documents obtained by TMZ revealed. The temporary restraining order also requires Underwood to avoid any “contact or threatening behavior” toward Randolph, 25.

The restraining order is in place until Oct. 6, when Randolph and Underwood, who announced their split in May, are scheduled to appear in court.

Prior to Randolph being granted her restraining order, a rep for Underwood told Us Weekly, “As this is a legal matter, we cannot provide any comment at this time.”

According to another TMZ report, Randolph, who is a speech pathology student, accused Underwood in the filing of planting a tracking device in her car to keep tabs on her and sending her concerning text messages. She alleged that her ex-boyfriend shows up unannounced at her apartment in Los Angeles as well as at her parents' house in Huntington Beach, California.

Underwood was also spotted in the alley outside of her bedroom window at 2 a.m. by her brother and friends, Randolph stated.

The court filing contains text messages exchanged between the former couple as well.

In a series of messages sent in June, Underwood claimed his ex was “a selfish person who isn’t ready to be loved” and was “shady.” He later apologized for the message, telling Randolph that he was “lost.”

Randolph’s accusations against Underwood come after they filmed together for a reality show that focuses on their lives post-breakup.

“They were in production all summer. However, they both had since pulled out,” a source told Us Weekly.

Another source said that Underwood was shocked and blindsided by his ex-girlfriend filing a restraining order against him.

The former football player picked Randolph at the end of “The Bachelor” Season 23 last year, but the two never got engaged.

Meanwhile, the “Bachelor in Paradise” alum teased his return to television last month, saying he was excited about his new project.

“The next project I’ll do, I’ll have a little more control of as far as what my purpose is and making sure the show itself is purposeful,” he said during a Chat4Good panel. “I’m very, very excited about that. Sooner rather than later, you’ll see what I’m talking about. I can’t get into it quite yet, but I’m definitely not stepping away completely out of TV.”
