Chris Brown To Guest Star In ‘Black-Ish’ Season 3 As Popular Rap Artist
Chris Brown will be appearing in one episode of “Black-ish” Season 3.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the singer will be playing a character that is very close to his real-life persona: a famed rapper. In “Richard Youngsta,” Dre (Anthony Anderson) will be working with a popular artist for his next advertising campaign. But when his wife, Bow (Tracee Ellis Ross), and mom, Ruby (Jenifer Lewis), tells him that the campaign has negative stereotypes, Dre becomes conflicted.
Elsewhere, Bow will come to the realization that her entire family loves eating too much takeout. In an attempt to encourage a healthier lifestyle, the matriarch asks everyone to rethink their food choices. However, she finds it very difficult to inspire them because her husband and children are accustomed to eating whatever they want.

Brown isn’t the only celebrity to guest-star in “Black-ish.” Rashida Jones, Tyra Banks, Daveed Diggs and Lorraine Toussint were all featured in at least one episode.
Meanwhile, beyond his appearance on “Black-ish,” Brown also made headlines recently when his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, was granted a restraining order against him. Tran alleged that Brown had threatened to kill her, according to the Daily Mail.
In 2009, the singer pleaded guilty to felony assault charges filed against him by then-girlfriend Rihanna. At present, it seems that the estranged couple has already patched things up. Earlier this week, Brown followed Rihanna on Instagram. Last month, the singer was rumored to have sent his ex-girlfriend flowers for Valentine’s Day.
Rihanna and Brown split in 2003. At the time, he said that he needs to make himself better so that he could be the best person for the “Diamonds” singer.
