Chris Brown, Rihanna Update: ‘Loyal’ Star Reportedly Sang To Ex-Girlfriend During 2015 BET Awards

Chris Brown and Rihanna have been over for years, but since his recent breakup with Karrueche Tran, rumors have circulated that Breezy and RiRi might give their love another chance. When he performed at the 2015 BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles Sunday, he signaled to his ex-girlfriend, an insider told Hollywood Life in an exclusive report Wednesday.

“When he saw her in her chair bouncing to ‘Post To Be,’ he wanted to go down there, grab her hand and bring her on stage to dance with him,” an insider said. “He wanted to so badly but couldn’t because he didn’t want to put her on the spot like that.” She was even caught mouthing to some of the words.

When an intimate part of the song came on, Brown couldn’t take his eyes off Rihanna. “They made eye contact several times when he performed the song. He made a point to look at her when [Jhene Aiko’s] line ‘he gotta eat the booty like groceries’ came on. Rihanna knows all about that with him,” the source said. “He knows she likes that freaky s--t and they’ve got history.”

Hollywood Life doesn’t have the only source who claimed there might be something happening between Breezy and RiRi. "Right not they're just cute buddies, but those two have real feelings for each other,” a different insider told Media Take Out about the former couple. “It's only a matter of time before they get serious.”

If Rihanna and Brown want to get back together, Tran isn’t worried about it. "...Karrueche’s done scraping her plate and Rihanna’s free to have her leftovers and the headaches that come with it,” an anonymous person told Hollywood Life in a different story.

Tran broke up with Brown on Twitter after she discovered he fathered a love child, Royalty. In order to see his daughter more and determine child support, the "Loyal" singer filed paternity documents in Houston, Wednesday, TMZ reported.
