Courteney Cox Dances Wearing Scream's Ghostface With A Group: ‘Which One Is Me?’ [Video]
Courteney Cox celebrated Halloween wearing her upcoming movie, "Scream" inspired Ghostface mask. However, she became unrecognizable in the video as she danced along with other Ghostfaces and asked fans to guess which she is.
The 57-year-old actress posted a video Sunday featuring 5 people wearing a long black outfit, which is worn by Ghostface, the masked villain in the “Scream” franchise. They all danced to "Forget Me Nots" by Freddie Washington, Patrice Rushen, and Terri McFaddin.
In the video, all the performers synchronized their steps near a poolside. "Ghostface _ is always someone you know…Can you guess which one is me?" Cox wrote in the caption.
Many celebs and fans shared their love for the dancing video including "Friends" co-star Jennifer Aniston.
Aniston commented, "I can’t tell which one is you!! I know all your shoes and NON of these are ringing a dang BELL! This has made my day sooooo THANK YOUUUU CC" while actress Ashley Benson simply wrote, "Love."
While many fans noted that the video was hilarious, one of the fans tried to guess which one is Cox and commented, "Converse sneakers is you !!!"
Cox also shared a new photo on Instagram wearing a red outfit and featuring director Murray Cummings as Ghostface and two more friends named Marisa Hofmans and Katelyn Thompson who she tagged in the post.
"When your guests unexpectedly show up as the Scream cast. Forget Facebook…this is meta!" Cox wrote in the caption.
The first installment of the "Scream" franchise, which was helmed by director Wes Craven, was released in 1996. The actress will be next seen in the fifth installment, which is slated to release only in theatres on Jan. 14, 2022.
Besides "Scream," the actress will also be seen in a comedy-horror TV series titled, "Shining Vale," which revolves around a dysfunctional family that moves to a cursed house located in a small town from a city.
The series also stars Gus Birney, Merrin Dungey, Greg Kinnear, Mira Sorvino and Sherilyn Fenn. Cox will also star in a TV series, "Last Chance U," which is currently under pre-production.
