“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Girardi is competing on “Dancing With the Stars” Season 24 as her sultry pop-diva alter ego Erika Jayne, for whom she makes no apologies. The musician has been criticized by judges as being “too sexy,” but she has no plans to change anytime soon.

Erika and partner Gleb Savchenko will appear together on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Monday, ahead of “DWTS” Week 4 on ABC. During their sit down they’ll discuss the judge’s critiques, with both agreeing that they won’t be toning things down. In a preview for the episode, Gleb weighs in, telling host Ellen DeGeneres that Erika is a strong confident woman, which can come off as intimidating to some.

Ellen commends Erika on being true to herself, telling her not to back down. After their discussion, Gleb and Erika — who perform on “DWTS” as Team Pretty Xxpensive — will have a chance to redeem themselves. The pair will get a do-over of their Season 24, Week 3 Salsa, which received low marks.

In addition to polishing up their old routines, Gleb and Erika have been hard at work getting ready for “DWTS” Week 4. The pair didn’t share any updates over the weekend, but ET Online reported that they’ll be performing a Cha Cha to “Express Yourself” by Madonna. It’s not clear what makes 1989, when the song was released, memorable to the “RHOBH” star just yet.

Although Erika and Gleb floundered a bit in Week 3 on “DWTS,” the pair are among the team members thought to have a shot at the mirror ball. Erika’s background as a performer gives her a leg up on some of her other competitors, but she’ll have to fight for it. She and Gleb have been doing well in Season 24, though they’re not quite where some viewers thought they would be on the leaderboard.
