Donald Trump is convinced that his son Barron could have built a better website for Obamacare.
On Friday, during his rally in Las Vegas, the president mentioned his 13-year-old son Barron. The POTUS was talking about healthcare and told the crowd that his teenager child with Melania could have done better for the Obamacare website because he is a “computer genius.”
“We're now offering plans that are up to 60 percent less expensive. We're going to make healthcare a big part of this campaign. We're protecting people with preexisting conditions, and we always will,” Trump said, Daily Mail reported “We're running it much better than they did. Remember when they had — this was the greatest — the $5 billion website. $5 billion. It was supposed to cost $5 million. I have a son at home, he's 13. He's a genius with computers.”
Trump then recalled a conversation with Barron and even imitated it for the audience.
“Hi dad. What's up dad. Dad, get out of here,” Trump said, quoting Barron.
“Hey, listen. I'm the President of the United States, Barron. Don't talk to your,” Trump said, while cutting himself off in his Barron voice, saying, “Dad, come on, dad. Can't you see I'm playing with my computer?'”
Trump said that Barron is a genius and if the former administration sought his help, then his son would have helped them create their website without charge.
“These guys are genius. You know, they grow up, it's like walking,” Trump said of the younger generation growing up with technology. “But he's looking at me. I could have given them their healthcare site, he would have done it for nothing and it would have been better than what they have. For nothing.”
In related news, Trump and Melania will be visiting India later this month. The POTUS and FLOTUS have been warned of a potential monkey attack. Meanwhile, Ivanka was slammed by Twitter users for joining the delegate when her presence is unnecessary in the trip.
