‘The Fosters’ Season 4 Spoilers: Transgender Character Aaron Struggles With Acceptance In Episode 18
“The Fosters” Season 4, episode 18 will be heavily centered on transgender character, Aaron (Elliot Fletcher).
In “Dirty Laundry,” Callie (Maia Mitchell) will visit Aaron at his home. While there, they will have dinner with the latter’s parents. During their conversation, Aaron’s dad tells him that he cannot accept the fact that he is now a man. When Callie encourages Aaron to make amends with his parents, the latter shrugs her off and tells her not to meddle with their family issues.
Elsewhere in the episode, Lena (Sherri Saum) is at her wit’s end when she realizes that everyone at home comes to her when they have problems. Her partner, Stef (Teri Polo), is barely at home so she feels that she lacks support from her. The couple, who just married each other for the nth time in last week’s episode, will have a major discussion about their lives.

Meanwhile, Jude (Hayden Byerly) will resort to bullying tactics when he is unable to get his way. Previously, Jude asked his parents to organize a sex education class for the LGBT students in their school. Lena agreed to hold a seminar, and this got her and Monte (Annika Marks) into trouble. On Monday night’s episode, Jude will feel responsible for Monte stepping down from her position as principal of the school.
Additionally, Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) will have a confrontation with her biological father, Gabe (Brandon Quinn). She reaches out to him to ask for help on behalf of Jesus (Noah Centineo). Mariana and Jesus want to build a tree house as part of their senior year project, and Gabe is an expert in carpentry. However, it is unclear if he will agree to help his kids.
