‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Michael Get Nelle To Confess About Framing Carly?
It will be a day of uncertainty for the residents of Port Charles as they play a dangerous game of cat and mouse. On the Friday, July 27 episode of “General Hospital,” Michael and Nelle risk it all for a chance at victory while Jason tries to save Carly.
In the promo for the ABC soap opera, Michael (Chad Duell) tells Nelle (Chloe Lanier) he’s surprised she hasn’t figured out that he’d do anything for her.
In the previous episode, Chase (Josh Swickard) met Michael in the park to make sure the father-to-be wasn’t having second thoughts about their plan. Michael insisted he was determined to bring Nelle down.
Chase then continued on with the next phase of the plan, which involved telling Nelle that Michael’s brakes would fail once he’s been driving for 15 miles. Even though Nelle acted as if she was distraught over having to kill her husband, she wasted no time finding Michael and asking him to get on the road.
Nelle told Michael she needed him to head to a pharmacy in a different town but wanted him to drop her off at the hospital first so she could speak with a doctor about the baby.
“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Michael hears more than enough. Chase previously told Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) that Michael planned on getting Nelle to confess what she did to Carly (Laura Wright).
Now that Nelle believes Michael will be dead once he drops her off at the hospital, will she admit to framing Carly for attempted murder?
Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Jason (Steve Burton) demands that Franco (Roger Howarth) tell him about his job at Ferncliff. In the previous episode, Jason learned Carly was under the care of a new doctor who is fond of using electroconvulsive therapy.
He later overheard Franco talking to Liz (Rebecca Herbst) about his new job at Ferncliff. “GH” spoilers reveal Jason forces his hand.
During his first day as the new art therapist at Ferncliff, Franco saw Carly and noticed she appeared to be acting strange, unaware that she was on various medications.
Despite her drug-induced daze, Carly managed to ask Franco to tell Jason and Sonny (Maurice Benard) to break her out. If Jason puts enough pressure on Franco, he may deliver Carly’s message along with a description of how she’s being treated at Ferncliff.
After a talk with Franco, Sonny and Jason may take matters into their own hands, but will the two be able to work with him to save Carly? Or will Franco’s involvement just become another obstacle in their attempt to free Carly from Ferncliff?
“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
