'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Michael Lash Out At Willow For Delaying Cancer Treatment?

Willow has been hiding her cancer diagnosis from Michael for months, but on the Wednesday, Nov. 9 episode of "General Hospital," she may finally tell him the truth.

In the ABC promo video, Michael (Chad Duell) wants to know what is going on between Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and TJ (Tajh Bellow). "GH" spoilers reveal Michael gets shocking news.

In the previous episode, Nina (Cynthia Watros) told Michael she suspected Willow was having an affair with TJ after witnessing a few close moments between the pair.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) supported her theory and admitted he also saw them sharing an intimate hug.

Although Michael dismissed the idea that Willow would cheat, he was surprised when he walked into the doctor's office and saw TJ comforting Willow.

Viewers are aware that Willow was diagnosed with Leukemia and was told chemotherapy during the first trimester of her pregnancy could harm her baby.

She chose to forgo the treatment for the first trimester and hid her health condition from Michael. After completing her first trimester, Willow learned she had Stage 4 cancer and was ready to begin treatment.

It appears Willow will finally tell Michael about her cancer diagnosis, but will he lash out at her for keeping him in the dark?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Dex (Evan Hofer) is seen unconscious with his head on the steering wheel. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Anna (Finola Hughes) goes missing.

In the previous episode, Dex was supposed to help Anna flee custody. However, when another guard and prisoner joined them in the transport van, the plan fell apart.

The guard grew suspicious after Dex deviated from the route and drew his gun. Amid his struggle with Dex, shots were fired, and the van crashed.

It appears Anna will manage to escape the prison van, but how long will she be able to evade the police?
