'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Willow Ask Michael To Keep Her Cancer A Secret?

Willow may have shared her cancer diagnosis with Michael, but the couple still has plenty of obstacles to face. On the Thursday, Nov. 10 episode of "General Hospital," Willow could ask Michael to make a difficult decision.

In the ABC promo video, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) asks Michael (Chad Duell) for a favor. "GH" spoilers reveal Willow shares her concerns.

In the previous episode, Willow finally told Michael that she was diagnosed with leukemia.

While Michael believed Willow has been undergoing chemotherapy alone, she informed him that she delayed treatment for the first trimester of her pregnancy to protect their baby.

However, her decision to delay treatment caused her cancer to progress to Stage 4. Willow revealed that she now requires chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant if she wants to deliver her baby and survive.

After sharing her concerns with Michael, it appears Willow will make a request. Will Willow ask Michael to keep her cancer diagnosis a secret from his family?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) tells the police she spotted a fugitive. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Liz is in danger.

In the previous episode, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) escaped Wyndemere Castle and hid on the docks after she saw Elizabeth waiting for the boat to Spoon Island.

It appears Elizabeth will have an encounter with Esme that will leave her shaken since police suspect the young woman could be the hook killer. Will Liz's call to the police lead to Esme's capture?
