How To Get ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Tickets For Season 28
Fans of “Dancing With the Stars” are eager for the show’s upcoming Season 28 premiere, one year after the show last aired on ABC, and those who hope to potentially score tickets to one of the series’ live tapings may be in luck. While tickets are sometimes hard to find, there will still be chances to get a seat looking over the ballroom floor as a new batch of celebrities make an attempt to cha-cha-cha, Paso or Waltz their way to the Mirrorball trophy.
Tickets are made available to the show’s tapings through On-Camera Audiences, which handles tickets for several other shows and events. One of their popular shows for requests happens to be “Dancing With the Stars,” where fans can request to be put on a waitlist for the chance t score tickets to a live show.
On the show’s page, fans can click a link to join the waitlist, where they can then submit their name, email address, phone number and date of birth among other details. According to the website, they then email those on the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis for the next available date that tickets are up for grabs. They email those who are chosen with a line voucher, which, if missed, puts the person back on the waitlist. There is a limit of four vouchers per person, and fans are notified approximately five days before the show’s date is open.
The show’s live performances are known for some surprising moments and haven’t failed to deliver them throughout the years. Most recently, during Season 27, fans were stunned each week as the live results were read and impressive teams were eliminated, while celebrities who weren’t performing as well with the judges not only stuck around until the semi-finals but went on to win the show.
As for the celebrities fans may see win the Mirrorball in Season 28? The contenders for the 2019 Mirrorball are: Country singer Lauren Alaina, Supermodel Christie Brinkley, Singer Ally Brooke, “Bachelorette” star Hannah Brown, “Queer Eye” co-host Karamo Brown, “The Office” actress Kate Flannery, former NFL star Ray Lewis, comedian Kel Mitchell, former NBA star Lamar Odom, former Trump Press Secretary Sean Spicer, former “Dawson’s Creek” star James Van Der Beek and The Supremes singer, Mary Wilson.
