Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck’s Mother Spotted Together Going To Church With Children
Actress Jennifer Garner was spotted Sunday attending church with her former mother-in-law and children.
Taking a break from promoting her upcoming movie, “Peppermint,” the “Elektra” star was seen heading to a church service in Los Angeles with former husband Ben Affleck’s mother, Christine, and her children Violet, 12, Samuel, six, and Seraphina, nine.
According to Mail Online, the mother of three wore white ribbed crew neck sweater atop a basic black skirt with an embellished beaded hem, loafers, and sunglasses and carried a large leather bag.
The family was all smiles for the paparazzi as they made their way inside the church.
Not only Garner and her kids but Ben too was reported to be in a better state, as far as his health was concerned, ever since his former wife helped him check into the rehab last month to treat his alcohol addiction. According to the latest report, the “Batman” star recently got a haircut and also found time to work out before heading back to rehab.
“On Saturday, Ben got a morning haircut at the Malibu Wave Salon,” a source told People Magazine. The source added Affleck “also spent time at his Pacific Palisades house before returning to rehab.”
After that, he “had another workout session with a trainer. He has had a workout at home every day this week. He looks much better and seems healthier,” the insider added.
Another source previously reported the actor “focused” and knew he needed to “listen to those around him.” Hence, he was religiously taking trips home to work out and stay fit.
“He goes home to his gym to work out with his trainers,” the insider said. “Since last week, he’s been driven from the clinic every day from rehab to the house to work out for a few hours a day. He’s always accompanied by his coach and therapist.”
This is the third time that Ben has checked himself in a rehab to treat his addiction. Prior to the recent visit, the Oscar winner was said to have lapsed back into his unhealthy lifestyle.
“Ben had been drinking alone for days. He was in bad shape. He had barely been eating and had not showered. It didn’t take much convincing. He wanted to go, and he cooperated,” the second source said.
Ever since Ben checked into the rehab, there have been an array of rumors making the rounds regarding the former couple, most of which have been debunked.
Some of the bogus gossips include Ben and Garner planning to get married once he gets out of rehab, their kids getting “therapy sessions” with their father in rehab, Garner being the reason behind Ben and SNL producer Lindsay Shookus’ breakup and more.
