Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez Going Strong, Enjoy Romantic Dinner Date At Italian Restaurant

Things continue to heat up between Jennifer Lopez and her latest boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez. Just recently, the couple was spotted on a romantic date over the weekend.

On Saturday, March 25, Lopez, 47, and Rodriguez, 41, enjoyed a romantic dinner date at Italian hotspot, Madeo. The “Ain’t Your Mama” singer was photographed leaving the premises, while the baseball legend was spotted slipping into their ride, E! News reported.

Lopez looked chic in a leather midi-skirt and cropped plaid blazer. She wore a pair of embellished pumps and had a black handbag over her shoulder. She tied her hair in a sleek ponytail. Meanwhile, Rodriguez dressed casually for the outing in a pair of jeans and a button-down shirt.

Though they have been spotted on several dates now, the pair has yet to confirm their romance. However, an insider told E! News that what Lopez and Rodriguez share at the moment won’t be cooling off quickly.

“All his friends can tell he really likes J.Lo [but] in the beginning they thought this may just be a fling,” the source said. “Friends are slowly thinking this may actually be a great match. He calls J.Lo his ‘lady.’ He would wife her up in a heartbeat...she is different than other people he's dated.”

Meanwhile, on Sunday, March 26, Lopez shared a photo of herself on Instagram, hinting that she is working on new music. The “On the Floor” singer had on headphones in the snapshot, with a microphone right in front of her. “Back at it,” Lopez wrote in the caption.

There are speculations that Lopez’s latest studio session could be for her upcoming Spanish album with estranged husband Marc Anthony.

The “Dance Again” singer previously opened up about working with her ex in an E! News interview. She was initially hesitant to work with her ex-husband, but things turned out to be fine for them and their twins. “It’s made things even better. Yeah, we’re just in a really great place, and it’s great,” Lopez said. “And the kids, they get to spend time with the two of us more together and see us working together, and it's just good for them. It's good for us. It was just good for the whole family.”
