Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck Talking ‘Every Day’ Since Montana Getaway: Report

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's renewed flame continues to heat up as a report said the two have been talking constantly since their trip to Montana earlier this month.

After she and Alex Rodriguez announced their split, Lopez has been spending time with Affleck, and they were even spotted vacationing together in Big Sky, Montana, over the Mother's Day weekend. But while the two have since parted ways, with Lopez in Miami and Affleck seemingly in Los Angeles, the pair remains in contact and communicates daily, People reported.

"[Jennifer] is in touch with Ben every day," an unnamed source told the outlet. "They are making plans to see each other. Jennifer is still very excited about how things are going with Ben."

According to the insider, Lopez has been keeping busy with work and "is spending time with her kids in Miami."

When Affleck and Lopez's made headlines this month, fans were shocked as it has been 17 years since the two broke up. Their sighting also came just weeks after she and the former MLB player called off their two-year engagement.

"It doesn't seem possible that [Jennifer] would ever get back with Alex, but I can't say that about Ben," an unnamed source previously told People.

Lopez "has feelings" for Affleck, according to another insider, but the "Hustlers" star is not in a hurry to take their relationship to the next level.

"[She] has feelings for Ben. They are taking it slowly, but things are moving in a romantic direction," the source told Us Weekly. "She is focused on her kids and she’s working in Miami."

Affleck began reaching out to Lopez via email in February while she was filming "Shotgun Wedding" in the Dominican Republic, TMZ reported, citing unnamed insiders. The tone of his messages to the singer was more "loving and longing" than friendly, the source said. At the time, Lopez was still engaged to Rodriguez.

However, People later reported that Affleck reached out to the "On the Floor" singer to check on her because he thought she had already broken up with the former baseball player. At the time, Lopez and Rodriguez were reportedly working through some issues.

"He was basically checking up on her," an insider explained to the outlet. "He was single and thought she might be single, too."

Meanwhile, Rodriguez was "not thrilled" about Lopez’s reunion with Affleck, according to People. He was surprised to learn that the “Argo” star has been visiting Lopez at her home, the report said. The former MLB star reportedly hoped that they would remain friends, but Lopez cut him off because he was "acting so needy," sources told the outlet.
