Jennifer Lopez Practices Yoga After Celebrating Christmas With Alex Rodriguez And Family

Jennifer Lopez is back on her fitness routine after celebrating Christmas.

The "Amor, Amor, Amor" singer opted to do yoga for her post-Christmas workout. Lopez shared a photo of her session on her Instagram Stories, Daily Mail reported.

In the snap, Lopez is wearing a blank tank top. She paired it with grey leggings. She had her hair in a bun. In the background are her blue yoga mat, two bottles of water and a rolled towel. "#yogastrong" the actress-singer wrote in the photo.

Lopez and her beau, Alex Rodriguez, celebrated Christmas together. The "Shades of Blue" actress shared a snap of them on Instagram. "Hope everyone had a peaceful Christmas full of joy and laughter, surrounded by all of your loved ones... sending everyone lots of love and good wishes for this holiday season!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS," Lopez wrote in the caption.

Lopez and Rodriguez have been romantically linked to each other earlier this year. Since then, they have never slowed down when it comes to their romance.

In July, the couple opted to celebrate their birthdays together in a lavish party in Miami. They were seen kissing and dancing with their guests. The people close to Lopez and Rodriguez are convinced that they are perfect for each other.

"They're kind of like Jay Z and Beyoncé. If people thought she and Marc were the Latin supercouple, this is on another level," one source said.

The lovers share a number of similarities and their kids get along well with each other. "Our kids get along really well, we're both from New York, we're both Latin, we're both in our forties, we're really enjoying life, but she really is one of the most impressive and smartest human beings I have ever met," Rodriguez told Extra about his girlfriend.

Meanwhile, the "On the Floor" songstress gushed about her boyfriend. In fact, she considered their romance "pure, true love." For her, they make each other better. Lopez is confident that she is in a good relationship with Rodriguez.

"We complement each other, and there's really pure, true love," Lopez said. "Just wanting to support the other person and make them happy. So there's a different selflessness in the love that's beautiful and different. And healthy!"
