'Jersey Shore' Reunion: When And Where To Watch Online, On TV
Get ready to fist pump again fans of "Jersey Shore," because the gang is coming back to TV screens officially on Sunday, Aug. 20 on E!'s new show, "Reunion Roadtrip."
The new series on E! will reunite casts of former television shows to see where their lives have taken them since their shows ended. The series is kicking off with the group from MTV's wildly popular reality series—Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Jenni "JWOWW" Farley and Deena Cortese.
The show will broadcast live on E! Network at 9:30 p.m. and should likely also be available on the E! App as well. The show will also stream on E! Now as well.
The reunion has been highly anticipated by fans ever since the cast started sharing photos on their social media pages that seemed to suggest they were reuniting. The actual reunion was confirmed later on, specifically after the cast, sans Ronnie, all also got together once again for a Burger King commercial.
The Burger King commercial led to speculation about whether or not Ronnie would be a part of the reunion show as well, and at the time, Deena indicated she wasn't sure if he would be, because he hadn't kept in touch with most of the cast since the show went off the air in 2012.
"I honestly don't know if anyone has spoken to him about it," she said at the time. "Right now we're in a group chat with me [and everyone else]. Ronnie's actually not in it right now, in the group chat, but we're all talking about it and we're all trying to figure out ways to make it happen."
She also admitted that she was sure he would sign on if asked, and she also assured that there wouldn't be problems with him and his ex, Sammi.
"I'm sure he's be willing to sign on. We just all haven't spoken to him. I think Vinny's the only one that really talks to him," she said. "Sam is the happiest I've ever seen her, so I think she would be just fine if Ronnie is there. She's doing great. I don't think his presence would bother her at all."
However, Ronnie later took to Instagram to refute the claim, saying he of course would be a part of the show, despite the reports he wasn't involved. Shortly after the trailer for the show debuted and he was absent from it, he took to Instagram again to share a photo of himself and Vinny sitting on a beach with an unidentified blonde woman as the camera crews filmed them.
"Been so long since I've seen my roots! #RealJSReunion #realTalks #RealLife #RealFamily #jsreunion," he captioned the photo.
Since "Jersey Shore" went off the air, the cast's lives have changed in many ways. Snooki married Jionni Lavalle in 2014, and they have two children together, Lorenzo and Giovanna. JWOWW married Roger Mathews in 2015, and they are also the parents to two children, Meilani and Greyson. Pauly D is also a father, to a daughter, Amabella.
