Justin Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, are married for 7 years. Within that almost a decade of marriage, the couple acquired several real estate properties, including their penthouse valued at $28 million.

Located at 443 Greenwich in Manhattan, Timberlake and Biel reportedly purchased a 4-bedroom unit from the eight penthouses of the said Tribecan apartment. It reportedly measures around 5,374 square feet. The floor plan of the unit reportedly showed a 2,400-square foot rooftop terrace.

You see, the challenge of these A-list celebrities in living in a certain neighborhood are their privacy. Fortunately, Timberlake and Biel’s penthouse is super safe. In fact, the building publicized itself paparazzi proof, Mansion Global reported.

Other than its very limited and exclusive parking spaces, the building also boasts a 2,400-square-foot courtyard and several shared amenities like children’s playroom, Turkish bath, fitness center and a 71-foot Palatial swimming pool.

From the exterior looks of the building, it would rather seem that the architect used classical theme. The units also have large spaces and open terraces, which can provide a relaxing feeling after a long day at work.

The penthouse has an open floor plan and that’s good because other than it is great for ventilation, it can also provide the feeling of interconnectedness. There are no doors and concrete walls to separate the sections of the units, just the rugs. In addition, because of the large windows, a lot of natural light goes in Timberlake and Biel’s penthouse.

Timberlake and Biel’s penthouse reportedly boasts a kitchen with latest appliances. Right next to it is an eating area good for 4 people, while across it is the dining area for a larger group equipped with a marble-top dining table.
