Kanye West Reveals Wedding Date: When Will He Marry Kim Kardashian?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West fans need to prepare themselves for a summer wedding, after the rapper revealed details about the upcoming nuptials. Just last week, West proposed to the reality star in front of family and friends.

While on radio show “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” Monday morning in Los Angeles, West said about the wedding, “It’s going to be next summer. I only have two words in my mind as far as ideas for the wedding. That’s fighter jets.” As of late, West has been gushing about his fiancé.

“I have never loved any girl, other than my mother, as much as I love my girlfriend,” he about said about Kardashian, during an interview last Monday with San Francisco radio station KMEL. “I just feel so blessed.”

The couple have been dating since last year, though they have known each other for around a decade and have a newborn daughter together.

West proposed to his girlfriend of 18 months on her 33rd birthday. The usually private rapper showed his love for the reality star in a huge way, renting out AT&T Park in San Francisco Monday night.

In front of her family and friends, the 36-year-old West had a 50-piece orchestra play Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful,” before playing his own hit song “Knock Me Down.” After the performance, the words, “PLEEEASE MARRY MEEEE!!!! [sic]” appeared on the scoreboard screen, and after Kardashian said yes, there were fireworks and her family came out of the dugouts to celebrate the amazing moment with her.

Kardashian was more than happy to say “yes,” later telling E! News, “"Last night was truly magical!!! I am the luckiest girl in the world! I get to marry my best friend!"
