Kate Beckinsale Embarasses Daughter, Spills She Has A Crush On Jimmy Kimmel

Kate Beckinsale just revealed her daughter’s crush on national television.

On Tuesday, the “Pearl Harbor” star appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” where she made a huge revelation about her daughter, Lily, 18. “You know how they have crushes on Justin Bieber and things like that? She’s got one on you,” Beckinsale told Jimmy Kimmel about her daughter who was watching the interview in the front row of the studio audience, Us Weekly reported. The late-night host laughed as they both looked at Lily.

“It’s a little bit of a tricky situation because my daughter’s dad is dating Jimmy’s ex-girlfriend— it’s very twisted. It’s a sort of horrible, Human Centipede-y vibe,” the “Love & Friendship” actress added. Beckinsale shares Lily with ex Michael Sheen who is currently dating Sarah Silverman, Kimmel’s ex.

The proud mom even added that the host should be flattered because her daughter is beautiful, but “The Disappointments Room” star is not giving him her blessing. “Anyway, I think you should be pleased. She’s very attractive,” Beckinsale said while reminding Kimmel that “She’s out of your league! I just want you to know that.”

Kimmel took Beckinsale’s confession about her daughter well. “I’m sorry! I had nothing to do with this! This is all her! This is your mother!” the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” host said while talking to Lily. “Let’s not ruin the crush thing. I want to keep that going, OK? Thank you very much. I appreciate it. I’m flattered. [Now] we’re both embarrassed.”

In other news, just last week, Beckinsale’s stalker named Terry Lee Rep, 45, was arrested. The actress was set to attend the Tampa Bay Comic-Con when she learned that Rep was there too. She delayed her appearance and only joined the event after his arrest. Rep has “irrational obsession” with Beckinsale and has been following her around the world to harass her.

Beckinsale is currently dating 21-year-old Matt Rife. The actress and the young comedian were caught on camera kissing in West Hollywood in June. A common friend introduced them to each other and they immediately clicked. An insider saw them flirting, then they went on their first date and it continued.
