Kate Middleton was stunning in her most recent sighting.

On Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stepped out together to attend the Queen’s annual Diplomatic Corps reception at Buckingham Palace. Middleton arrived in a navy velvet ball gown by Alexander McQueen.

The royal mom of three accessorized with a pair of silver drop earrings and a sparkling necklace from Queen Elizabeth II’s jewelry collection. Middleton complemented her outfit with the Cambridge Lover’s Knot Tiara. She also wore her blue, red and white Royal Victorian Order sash.

According to People, the sash signifies the duchess’ position as a Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order, the highest rank of chivalry personally awarded to her by Queen Elizabeth II for her service. Middleton was bestowed the honor on April 29 on her eighth wedding anniversary with Prince William.

Middleton debuted the sash earlier this year when she attended the state banquet at Buckingham Palace to mark U.S. President Donald Trump’s official visit to the U.K. in June. At the event, Middleton was photographed smiling as she spoke with the guests.

Camilla Parker Bowles was also present at the event with her husband, Prince Charles. The Duchess of Cornwall was as stunning as Middleton in her Bruce Oldfield gown and Greville tiara made by Boucheron.

Queen Elizabeth II also looked elegant in her white gown with white netting detail by Angela Kelly. The monarch complemented her gown with white gloves and emerald necklace. Her Majesty also sported a headpiece and opted for the Grand Duchess Vladimir Tiara for the occasion.

Last week, Middleton, Camilla and Queen Elizabeth II also joined forces for the NATO reception. They were joined by Prince Charles and Princess Anne. Donald and his wife, Melania Trump, were also in attendance. However, Prince William did not make it because he was in Kuwait for an official visit.

Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex missed both events. Prince Harry and Markle were not expected to attend any engagements since they are currently in a six-week break. However, according to an insider, Markle is still in “work mode.” The duchess is reportedly preparing to launch the Sussex Royal Foundation on New Year’s Day.
