Khloé Kardashian-Lamar Odom Divorce Dismissal Update: Why Kim Kardashian West Is Reportedly Against It
While “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kris Jenner has “nothing but love” after Khloé Kardashian dismissed her divorce to ex-NBA player Lamar Odom, there’s someone in the Kardashian clan who is not happy about the couple reconnecting. Kim Kardashian West has always claimed to be a proponent of “tough love,” and now that Odom is on the road to recovery, she thinks her younger sister should kick Odom to the curb, Radar Online wrote in an exclusive report Wednesday.
“Kim is telling people she really feels that Khloé needs to let him go!" an insider told the publication. “Now that Lamar is going to be okay, Kim is back to her prior stance on the situation.”
In previous episodes on “KUWTK,” Kardashian West, 35, said it made her “sick to her stomach” that the E! reality star still kept in contact with Odom, who cheated on her while they were married. “Kim knows that Khloé loves Lamar, but she also knows how bad he hurt her over the course of the past couple of years,” the source told Radar Online.
Despite the years of pain Odom put her through, Kardashian rushed to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas to be with him after the former basketball player was found unresponsive at Love Ranch South, a legal brothel, Oct. 13.
She hasn’t left his side since his medical crisis, and Kardashian West thinks her sister is making a big mistake -- Kardashian reportedly wants to quit the family reality show so she can take care of Odom. “She is telling people she thinks that the fact that Khloé is giving up her entire life for him again is absolutely ridiculous,” the insider revealed.
Kardashian, 31, filed for divorce from Odom, 35, in December 2013. Odom refused to signed divorce papers. Odom finally agreed to sign the papers in July, but they remain married due to a technicality in the California courts. Odom’s brush with death apparently gave Kardashian a change of heart, and she asked for the divorce to be thrown out of court.
