Kim Kardashian suffered a wardrobe malfunction on Tuesday while promoting Midori cocktails at Fred Segal in Santa Monica.

Wearing a green velvet dress, the back was clearly undone, revealing her bra, as her fastens struggled to stay put. Prior to the event, Kardashian’s mother and manager, Kris Jenner, tried to fix the back of the dress, but to no avail. At the event, which was titled, "Midori Makeover Parlour," Kardashian made sure to take pictures from the front so the malfunction was not visible.

From the front, the socialite looked stunning, as the dress showed off her famous curves. While being driven to the event, Kardashian tweeted a picture of herself with the photo caption, “Ghostface Killah.”

Kardashian is not the only hot celebrity to suffer a wardrobe malfunction this week.

"Modern Family" beauty Sofia Vergara had a wardrobe malfunction just minutes before she made her way to the 2012 Emmy Awards on Sunday.

Dressed in one of the most glamorous gowns of the night, a teal cut-out Zuhair Murad gown, Vergara ripped the back zipper of the dress before her big night out. She tweeted the mishap to her followers, which revealed half of her butt as she was wearing a thong beneath the gown.

“Yes!!!! This happened 20 min before we won!!!! Jajajajja. I luv my life!!!!” Vergara wrote as a photo caption.

Fortunately for the Columbian stunner, her wardrobe team was able to fix the malfunction before the Emmy Awards red carpet.
