Kim Kardashian-West is reportedly worried about her husband Kanye West’s mental health after the rapper’s bizarre campaign rally in South Carolina. Sources claim Kim is absolutely horrified that the “Otis” hitmaker might have not been taking his medications amid his 2020 Presidential bid.
According to Page Six, an insider claimed that the reality TV star is mortified and desperately trying to keep West away from having any public meltdowns. Meanwhile, his family believes that he is having a bipolar episode, according to the source.
The insider also shared that the Grammy award-winning artist has not been taking his medications because he feels they make him less creative.
“Kim is mortified. She has desperately been trying to help Kanye, keep him calm, and prevent him from having public meltdowns. The family believes he is having a bipolar episode,” the source told Page Six.
Citing the source, the media outlet also reported that Kim is absolutely devastated by the things West said about their eldest daughter, North, during the rally.
“But to go out and say that about [their eldest, daughter] North is shocking. Kim is devastated. She’s worked so hard to help him, but she won’t let him do this to their children,” the source told the publication.
In his first-ever presidential rally, which was held in Charleston, South Carolina, the “Stronger” singer shared a personal story and revealed that Kim almost had an abortion.
Recalling the moment, the 43-year-old musician told the audience that the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star had “the pills” in her hand to have an abortion.
“I remember that my girlfriend called me screaming and crying, and I was just thinking because at that time I was a rapper I was out there, [had] different girlfriends and everything and she said, 'I'm pregnant.' And I said, 'Yes!' And then I said, 'Uh oh.’ She was crying and for one month and two months and three months, we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand. You know, these pills you take it and it's a wrap—the baby is gone," the rapper told the audience at the Exquis Event Center.
Later in the rally, West also revealed that his mom “saved his life” because West’s dad wanted to “abort” him.
On the Fourth of July, West announced his decision to run for president.
