Lala Kent is getting candid about some of the changes in her life following her split from ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star shared on her "Give Them Lala" podcast Wednesday that she no longer finds sex enjoyable after her relationship with the 51-year-old film producer ended last year.

"For me, at this stage in my life and what I've been through...sex is tainted for me," the 31-year-old reality star said. "It's dirty, it's gross. It represents something that it shouldn't represent. Because I'm just dealing with a lot of emotions, sex just freaks me out."

Kent suggested that she may seek professional help to unpack her current thoughts about physical intimacy.

"I don't want any part of it and I'm going to have to probably go and have therapy to, like, connect with the meaning of sex," the Bravo star said.

This is not the first time Kent has opened up about her sex life following their split. In January, she admitted in another episode of her podcast that she dreaded sex with Emmett throughout their relationship.

"I've been sober for over three years, and I had the same partner," she shared. "I had sex sober, which I couldn't wait for it to be over most of the time."

After three years of engagement, Kent broke up with Emmett, with whom she shares 1-year-old daughter Ocean, in October 2021 after he allegedly cheated on her during a solo trip to Nashville.

The "Give Them Lala" author later claimed that this wasn't the first time the producer had been unfaithful to her.

"It's been kind of repeated behavior that I have found out about," Kent told Andy Cohen when she appeared on "Watch What Happens Live." "And it's not just one person — it's many. I believe it started after I got sober, and it's just … I don't know how I didn't see it."

As for how she was feeling following their split, Kent said she wasn't sad at all.

"Yes, there was a lot of betrayal. What he was doing behind-the-scenes was not the same as the life he was portraying when we were around each other," the reality star said on Wednesday's episode of "Give Them Lala" podcast, per Page Six. "So, it's hard for me to come from a place of, like, mourning a loss when there was no loss because it wasn't ever real."

Emmett has not admitted to cheating on Kent, but he recently said on pal Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi’s podcast, “Genuinely GG," that he made "mistakes" when they were together.

"I've made mistakes, she's made mistakes, but I’m never going to bring that to light because that’s just not right," Emmett said. "For me, I just don't feel it's appropriate. I can't tell her what to do. She's a strong woman, and I just hope that in time that kind of all mellows out."
