Madonna did not hold back when she called out DaBaby over his insensitive remarks at the Rolling Loud Festival in Miami, Florida.

On Thursday, the "Like a Virgin" singer joined the list of celebrities who slammed the 29-year-old rapper after he was recorded making comments many pegged as homophobic during his set at Rolling Loud Miami last weekend.

"A message to DaBaby - if you’re going to make hateful remarks to the LGBTQ+ community about HIV/AIDS then know your facts," Madonna wrote on Instagram, making sure to tag DaBaby.

"After decades of hard won scientific research— there are now life saving medicines available to children born with HIV, to people who contract HIV through blood transfusions, dirty needles or exchange of bodily fluids," she continued. "These new ARV’s can keep a person with AIDS alive for the rest of their lives!!! AID’s is not transmitted by standing next to someone in a crowd."

During his performance, DaBaby said, "If you didn’t show up today with HIV, AIDS, or any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases, that’ll make you die in two to three weeks, then put your cellphone lighter up … Fellas, if you ain’t sucking d–k in the parking lot, put your cellphone lighter up."

Madonna referenced this remark in her post, adding, "I want to put my cellphone lighter up and pray for your ignorance, No one dies of AIDS in 2 or 3 weeks anymore. Thank God."

DaBaby's comments about women’s private parts also didn’t sit well with the superstar.

"And your sexist remarks about Ladies who’s pu—-s need to smell like water only encourage more discrimination against women who fight daily against the oppression of living under the constraints of the Male Gaze," Madonna continued. "People like you are the reason we are still living in a world divided by fear. All Human beings should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of race, gender, sexual preference or religious beliefs. AMEN."

A day prior to her post, music legend Elton John, who is openly gay and a longtime HIV advocate, shared facts about the disease that affects more than 70 million people worldwide as he slammed DaBaby's comments.

"We've been shocked to read about the HIV misinformation and homophobic statements made at a recent DaBaby show. This fuels stigma and discrimination and is the opposite of what our world needs to fight the AIDS epidemic," wrote the Elton John AIDS Foundation on the singer's social media.

Meanwhile, Demi Lovato posted on Instagram a photo of a man with the text: "HIV is not a gay disease."

On Wednesday, DaBaby apologized for his "insensitive" remarks while claiming that "y'all digested that wrong" and asked those speaking against his speech to "show this same amount of support when a racist cop kill one of our black a--."

"Anybody who done ever been effected by AIDS/HIV y’all got the right to be upset, what I said was insensitive even though I have no intentions on offending anybody. So my apologies," he wrote with folding hand emoji. "But the LGBT community... I ain’t trippin on y’all, do you. y’all business is y’all business."
