A man and a woman were charged with animal cruelty after a video showing the woman performing sex acts on a dog was circulated to several people, Pennsylvania police said Wednesday.

The incident came to light in January when a woman contacted police after receiving a video that showed a woman “performing oral sexual acts” on a canine. The woman told the police a photo showing the woman performing a similar act was also sent to her.

Following this, police contacted the person who sent the video to the woman. The person told the officers that a man named David Weitoish Jr. had sent her the video and the photo.

Investigation revealed that 42-year-old Weitoish recorded the video and took the photo of his partner, 33-year-old Kristie Chau, performing the acts in July 2018 when they were together. He forwarded the video to several people after the two broken up which the police believe was a form of revenge porn.

Weitoish and Chau were arrested and charged with several offenses including animal cruelty and “producing, presenting and directing an obscene performance.” They were scheduled to appear in court in April end.
