‘Married at First Sight’ Divorced Couples: Where Are They Now? Former Cast Members Find Love
“Married at First Sight” doesn’t give everyone a happy ending. In fact, out of nine couples, only two have ended up together. However, the FYI reality show wasn’t their only chance to find love. Many of the divorcees have rebounded and even remarried after their blind arranged marriages failed.
Sam Role: Season 3 participant Sam Role revealed that she wanted to stay married, but Neil Bowlus decided he wanted a divorce. She was heartbroken, but the bank manager revealed on Jamie Otis’ blog that she has a new love. His name is Ben, and they’re taking things slow this time. They haven’t even moved in together. Sam also said that her ex-husband is thrilled that she moved on.
“Neil does know [about Ben]. Of course Neil and I are still friends so I’ve been able to talk to him about it and he’s happy for me. I wouldn’t expect anything less from Neil!” she told Otis.
Vaughn Copeland: This Season 1 star didn’t just find love again after splitting from Monet Bell, he has started a family. Vaughn’s girlfriend Jenny gave birth to a baby boy last month. They named the child Zaire William Copeland.
Davina Davis: Fans will remember that in “Married at First Sight” Season 2, she was Davina Kullar. Though she ultimately wanted to divorce Sean Varricchio, she wasn’t afraid to walk down the aisle again. She got hitched to a man named Donald Davis in July. The two waited until September to go on their honeymoon in Greece.
While these lucky cast members moved on, others are still searching for the one they want to marry.
Monet Bell: The original “MAFS” cast member is still single after her divorce from Vaughn, but she’s still looking for love. Her FYI show “Black Love” chronicled her dating life, but it doesn’t look like she had any luck. “Man Scout and Single” is listed in her Twitter bio.
Vanessa Nelson: After divorcing Tres Russell, Vanessa is once again letting FYI help her find love. She’ll star in “Married at First Sight: Second Chances.” Several suitors will be competing for her attention.
David Norton: This fellow Season 3 divorcee will join Vanessa. In the new series, the experts will help them move on. Sociologist Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Pastor Calvin Roberson and communication expert Rachel DeAlto will give advice. Read more about the show HERE.
While several “Married at First Sight” alums keep followers up to date on their love lives, some are living their lives out of the private eye. Most of the guys and a few of the female cast members keep quiet about their love lives on social media.
“Married at First Sight” Season 4 airs Tuesdays at 8:45 p.m. EDT on FYI.
